Welcome to Winsteadville!

In the not too distant future, this virtual space of words and images will randomly play host to musings, thoughts, reviews, rants, praises, memories, etc. that will be a reflection of my personal thoughts on a bunch of stuff. Don’t be surprised to visit one day to read about my latest BBQ road trip adventure and then stop by later for a rant against members of our idiocracy that are not intelligent enough to understand why and how to turn on their headlights in the rain. It’ll be all over the place. Trust me.

I have had friends and family suggest that I do this as a way to unleash several beasts taking up residence in my headspace. Many say a “Road Trip with Roger” kinda thing would be right up my alley, but I would hate to limit myself. So… I am creating this blog with the intention of giving my inner thoughts a place to call home - along with a few road trip stories thrown in along the way, because that’s what my “fans” want to read.

For now, I am just getting this adventure off the ground with a few smatterings of this and that and some other things. It’s going to be a recipe for either disaster or a lot of fun or just a way to burn off some thoughts.

However all this goes, Winsteadville should be an interesting place to visit. You just may not want to live here…
